I have been thinking about how to decorate my laundry room. The first picture below is a BEFORE how the laundry room looked the day we bought it. (You can click any picture to enlarge.)
Below is how the laundry room looks now. We didn't do much to it. We removed the wire shelf on the wall to the right. We removed a couple of the cabinets because they didn't match the original ones.
I painted the wall Steamed Milk from Sherwin Williams and we added tumbled limestone tile as a back spash above the laundry sink and counter.
Below are some inspiration photos from BH&G. I like the first one because I like the glass door fronts. I have enough closed door storage for cleaning supplies, so a couple of glass doors would open up the room.
Because I have cream colored walls I like the look of the black and white prints in the laudry below.
This last one is my favorite. It looks Country French to me. I will be using my laundry tub as a cutting station for flowers too.
Right now I am in the dreaming and planning stages. It might be a while before I do anything to the laundry room. When I do, I will make sure to post about it.
Have you decorated your laundry room? Have you done anything special with it you would like to share? I would love to know!
Welcome Home,
Penny

This next one, I just like the decorative part of it. Not really practical, but cute!
